Trey Lane, PT, DPT
Trey is a physical therapist who joined the Altitude PT team in November of 2021. He was born, raised, and educated in the Treasure Valley. He grew up in Homedale before making the long trek to Caldwell, earning his bachelor's degree in Health Science from The College of Idaho in 2018. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in May of 2021. Trey was a member of the first cohort to go through ISU's newly established Meridian Health Science Center DPT program. He plans to continue investing in his education with aspirations of becoming a board-certified specialist in either orthopedic or sports physical therapy. His favorite parts of being a PT are having meaningful interactions with patients, celebrating when they achieve their goals, and learning about all the various ways to live a fulfilling life. He is very excited to give back to the Treasure Valley community that has helped shape him into the person he is today.
Trey now lives in Boise with his wife, Delaney, who said "I do" in 2019. They both love exploring the wilderness and are avid snowboarders. Trey has played sports his entire life and enjoys anything that is competitive. Outside of PT, he's currently getting into archery, spends his downtime with family and friends, teaches tricks to his wife's two rescue bunnies, and daydreams about getting his first dog.
