Ever wanted to run a 5K but don’t know where to start?
Done a few casual races and want to try a longer distance?
Caught the fever of running and want to train and set a PR?
We have a team including certified run coaches, physical therapists, and experienced runners who can help you reach your goals of running a 5K, 10K, or half marathon.
Official kick off is April 22 with sign ups accepted until June. All prospective runners and walkers are invited to join us train through the summer and early fall before participating together at the FitOne on September 23.
Membership is $25 if you sign up before May 20th ($30 after) and includes a training program, group run support, and a swag bag including t-shirt, water bottle, and other goodies!
How do I register?
Please register by downloading and printing the registration form with brief medical history, goals, and waiver.
You can pay your membership fees with any of the following options:
- Online using the PayPal link below
- Mailing your form along with a check to our Southside Clinic (3151 E Greenhurst Rd, Nampa ID 83686)
- In person by stopping in at any of our 3 clinics Monday through Friday
- At the group runs bring your paperwork, payment, and come ready to run!

What is the Run Club?
Run Club is a chance to promote a healthy, active lifestyle in our community- getting people moving more in a fun, encouraging environment with all the support you need to be successful and hopefully make a few friends along the way!
We provide the training programs, weekly group runs, injury prevention and treatment ideas to help reach your goals.
When does it start?
April 22nd will be our first meeting and group run, but sign ups accepted through June. This will allow you enough time to successfully complete at least a 12-14 week training program for your chosen distance.
Where will the group run take place?
Our initial meetings and group runs will take place at our Nampa- Midland clinic located at 130 S Midland Blvd in Nampa (at the corner of Midland Blvd and Roosevelt Ave). Group runs will take place on nearby, low traffic streets and portions of the Wilson Creek Greenbelt.
How often will I run?
Let us know what your preferred distance goal is (5K, 10K, or half marathon) and we’ll provide you with a training program geared towards a beginner or experienced runner. During the week, you may run/train 2-4 days a week and we will have a group run on Saturday mornings.
What if I can’t make the group run?
You mean you don’t have 3-4 months of Saturday mornings without any plans? ☺ We hope you’ll be able to make group runs whenever possible, but with the training programs you’ll be able to know what your run should be- meaning you can do it wherever in the world you might be.
How much does it cost?
Run Club membership is $25 if you join before May 20th ($30 after) and includes the training programs, a swag bag including a t-shirt, water bottle, and other goodies, and support during the group runs (water, sports drink, etc.). You will responsible for race fees.
